Mission Statement
It is the mission of Custodial Services to provide safe, clean, sanitary, and organized interior spaces that lend themselves to a positive learning environment. This is a large task that requires careful scheduling and planning. The Custodial Staff at UT Martin maintain over 70 buildings which add up to over 1 million square feet of space. Their staff of about 45 people works around the clock and weekends maintaining buildings as well as setting up for events for Athletics and the University Center.
Meet the Staff
Custodial Services is managed by Manager Mike Davis along with two custodial supervisors, 2 assistant custodial supervisors, 8 custodial building managers, 30 custodians and several student workers. This team works together to meet the demands of an ever-growing campus. Their commitment and dedication shine like a freshly buffed floor!
